Discovery
We ask the questions most agencies skip. The ones that make clients uncomfortable are usually the most important. We don't have a polite version.
Foundation
Grid, type, color. In that order, every time. Agencies that skip this step spend the rest of the project quietly undoing it.
Prototyping
Pixel-perfect layouts before a single line of code is written. Fixing it in Figma costs nothing. Fixing it in production costs a lot.
Development
The same stack running OpenAI, Nike, and Netflix. We use it because it's the best. It also happens to be why your competitors' sites feel slower.
If it breaks, we broke it first.
We test like we're looking for a reason to be embarrassed. Then we fix it before anyone else gets the chance.
Cross-Browser
Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge. All of them. No exceptions. We've seen what happens when agencies skip this step. Their clients find out when half their users are on Safari and the contact form doesn't submit.
Responsive
Every screen size, from the monitor nobody uses to the phone everyone does. We test on real devices, not just browser emulators pretending to be phones. The difference is meaningful.
Usability
Real human testers, not automated scripts pretending to understand behavior. Scripts don't get confused. Humans do. We test for confused.
Speed
Fast. Measurably fast. We set performance budgets before development starts, then we meet them. The kind of fast that search engines reward and impatient users don't punish.
