Contractor Connect came to us with a simple but ambitious idea: create a platform that brings general contractors and trades together in one seamless system. The goal was to make project management in construction easier, from creating projects and breaking them into phases, to inviting trades, sharing files, and managing bids all in one place. It wasn’t just about building a tool — it was about solving a real pain point in how GCs and trades communicate.

Our role was to turn that idea into a clear, intuitive web application. We designed a platform where every detail supports collaboration: a dashboard that simplifies navigation, project views with sub-phases, bidding tools that feel natural to use, and built-in file sharing. The interface balances functionality with ease, so contractors and trades can focus on building, not battling software. The result is a product that feels tailored to the industry while being modern, scalable, and ready to grow.
